Lumieran provides AI-assisted relationship and conversation analysis tools. Our analysis is intended for reflection and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional relationship, psychological, or mental health advice.

Acceptable use

By using Lumieran you agree not to:

• Submit content involving minors
• Use the service to harass, stalk, or harm another person
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service
• Submit content that violates any applicable law

Deep Readings

Deep Readings are paid, one-time analyses delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation. We reserve the right to issue a full refund and decline any submission that violates these terms.

Results are based on the information provided and the analysis of our AI system. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, predictions, or relationship results. Readings are provided as-is for reflective purposes.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your Deep Reading, contact us within 7 days and we will review your request. Refunds are granted at our discretion. If we are unable to fulfil your order, a full refund will be issued automatically.

Limitation of liability

Lumieran is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any decisions you make based on our analysis, or for any indirect, consequential, or emotional damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
